18 & Under: 18 & under – All entries are done via the World Tennis Tour Zone (formerly IPIN)

-All players must complete the USTA Waiver and Release form prior to competing at the Orange Bowl. Please follow this link to complete the waiver online in advance of player registration. Thank you!

Official Hotel Booking & Hospitality Guidelines

​

1. Hotel Booking Instructions for 18s 

• Official Tournament Hotel: Courtyard Fort Lauderdale Downtown

• Booking Responsibility: All players must book and pay for their own accommodations directly. A credit card is required to secure a reservation.

Note: Players are encouraged to stay at the official tournament hotel, but staying there is not mandatory to receive hospitality reimbursement.

2. Hospitality & Lodging Reimbursement Guidelines

• Eligible Participants: 18 & Under (ITF) Main Draw players and officially nominated Federation Coaches.

• Reimbursement Amount: $110.50 per night (calculated based on double occupancy at the official hotel). 

• Covered Dates: Starts Sunday, December 7th through the night of elimination from the tournament.

  • Tournament Responsibility: The tournament will reimburse $110.50 for each night the player remains active in competition.

  • Player Responsibility: 

    • Roommate Arrangement: Players are responsible for securing a roommate if they wish to split the nightly room rate of $221.00.

    • Replacement Roommate: If a roommate is eliminated earlier in the tournament, the remaining player is responsible for finding a replacement roommate.

    • Final Payment: Players are fully responsible for settling their entire room balance upon departure.

Note: Reimbursements cannot be applied directly toward hotel charges.

3. On-Site Reimbursement Procedure

1. Obtain Payment Receipt: Request an itemized receipt from the front desk of the official tournament hotel or chosen accommodation upon checkout.

2. Visit the Purser’s Office: Present your accommodation receipt to the Purser’s Office (located inside the gym) to process reimbursement.

3. Complete Payment Method Form: Complete and submit the Payment Method Form with your preferred payment details.

• Approved Payment Methods: Check, PayPal, or Zelle (No exceptions).

  • Confirm Account Details: Ensure your PayPal or Zelle account details are accurately provided on Payment Method Form.

• Processing Time: PayPal and Zelle payments may take up to several days to process.

Note: Pursers Office will provide bank locations where reimbursement checks can be cashed or deposited.
